How We’re Serving the Community:
Since 1879, Erker’s has been serving the community of St. Louis with high-quality eyewear and exceptional patient care. We feel fortunate that we’ve been able to keep giving our customers access to unique distinctive eyewear during the COVID-19 pandemic, while providing for the safety of our patients, our staff, and our community.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at (314) 997-0002 or schedule online. Our current store hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe:
Going forward, you’ll continue to receive the same personalized eye care experience from start to finish that you expect from Erker’s. In order to safely serve our patients without compromising our standard of quality care, however, we’ve made some changes to our office guidelines:
- To ensure proper social distancing, we’ll be spacing out appointments.
- Appropriate protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.) is required for all staff, and masks are required for patients. If you don’t have a mask, we will provide one for you.
- We’ve put in place a strict sanitation routine, which includes wiping down rooms before and after exams as well as surfaces, door handles, frames, and other high-traffic areas.
What to Expect at Your Next Appointment:
Whether you’re shopping for glasses, getting an eye exam, or both, we’re going above and beyond to provide patients with an environment where they can feel safe and comfortable. Before your appointment, we’ll be sanitizing exam rooms, equipment, and high-traffic areas around our store. If you wish to try on frames, a team member will bring you your selection and sanitize them after you’re finished. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
