Many out of state visitors come to St. Louis to see the Arch, I come to visit Erkers. The service is unbeatable. With Cheryl’s expertise and keen eye, she selected a tray of frames and within 30 minutes I found my perfect pair. It is a pleasure to receive such personal attention and care. After searching for months, I found the perfect pair of prescription glasses in less than 20 minutes. The personal stylist Sandy looked carefully through their selection and has quite an eye! Rhion was also incredibly helpful in working out all the practical details to actually get them in my hands. Great experience!

Erkers is the only place our family goes for eyewear. We love working with Sandy, she picks the best frames for us & has been our eyewear stylist for years! Shirley is always ready to help us with anything from adjustments on our frames to ordering in frames we want to see. We wouldn’t go anywhere else

Our experience at Erker’s was wonderful. Cheryl was very nice and helpful, and asked if we would like the opportunity to have a personal stylist. I am so glad I said yes. Sandy was the stylist. She made glasses shopping so fun and enjoyable.

I broke my frame last PM, went to the store, the replacement frames were not in stock, Emily H went to the warehouse to pick up my frames and within 2 hours, I had my glasses replaced. If she had not done that, I would have had to wait till Monday. The other staff members also went above and beyond.
