Dr. Ethakoti’s journey began after he earned his Bachelor of Science in Optometry from the Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences in India. He continued his education at the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL), earning his Doctor of Optometry degree. His commitment to excellence has been recognized through various awards, including the William R. Jackson Jr. Memorial Scholarship Runner’s Up award, the Dean’s List at UMSL College of Optometry, Bausch & Lomb School of Optometry and L V Prasad Eye Institute Scholarship Award for Academic Excellence, and the Carl Zeiss Scholarship Award for securing the highest score at the Optometry entrance exam.
